SPECIFIC LIGHTING FOR INDOOR PLANTS
The design of auxiliary lighting is a critical aspect in indoor vertical landscaping projects, which are becoming more and more frequent in projects. In Terapia Urbana we solve this requirement in a specialized way from the project phase.
Light is vital for plants to be able to photosynthesize and have a correct long-term development. In Terapia Urbana we have developed and tested a lighting system that provides the necessary energy (PPFD) and has a spectrum that covers the biological needs of the plant. In addition, they are lamps with a very good color rendering index and color temperature, for the human eye, which makes them perfectly compatible with the design of interior lighting.
LIGHTING STUDIO
STUDY OF SPACE
A study of the space is carried out to decide which type of lighting is the most appropriate for each case. The architectural integration in the false ceiling or slab is analyzed, depending on the type of projector. This analysis is completed with a simulation to take into account the elements that could affect the correct distribution of light.
INDIRECT SOLAR LIGHTING STUDY
We developed an indirect lighting study to estimate the energy obtained by reflected or indirect solar lighting (indirect PPFD calculation). This energy will be complementary to that provided by the auxiliary lighting system.
AUXILIARY LIGHTING STUDIO
In view of the previous points, we simulated the distribution of light radiation using specialized software. This simulation allows us to obtain an exact distribution of the expected levels that will be taken into account for the landscape design.
DETAILED TECHNICAL PROJECT
All the information is detailed and developed in a technical project documentation, specifying type and power of luminaires needed, distribution and orientation plans, with angles, distances, etc., so that the need for lighting support is resolved with guarantees.
